The Problems And Solutions Of University's Ideological And Political Education Under Network Environment

This paper regards the new situation and new requirements of ideological and political education under the network environments as the starting point ,then focuses on the strategy that our country's universities should adopt under the base of analyzing about the seven major challenges which universities are facing, and proposes the new way of dealing with ideological and political education which refers to the combination of the college and University Parents Committee.This paper is divided into three parts to discuss. Part I: the paper introduces negative effects suffered from the network development in detail on the basis of the challenge of ideological and political education.Part II: The paper discusses the new features of network calls for new requirements and reasons for ideological and political education. This part discusses and states around four aspects : traditional ways of ideological and political education, mainstream method of ideological and political education,teachers themselves and quality evaluation system of ideological and political education. Then it points out that the traditional ideological and political education alone can not meet the needs of the times, it's imperative to use the new channels and carry out ideological and political education online.Part III:The third part is the focus of this article, which probes into strategies of ideological and political education from five aspects under network environment. From the national point of view, it refers our country must accelerate the establishment and implementation of related systems, pays attention to increase investment, suggests that the relevant departments should popularize the related legal knowledge actively and restrict the students of the network behavior .From the university point of view, which must launch the courses of guiding how to surf the internet, integrate and use of university resources to add and develop new elements of educational resources; From the perspective of teachers, teachers should advance with the times to improve their own quality, and teach with fair attitude; from a family perspective, parents should regularly communicate with instructors and/or colleges initiatively ,also should set up a parent committee; From the perspective of students themselves, the paper suggests we should build new model of people-oriented ideological and political education , respect the personality development of college students.All paper focus on how to use developing vision and ideas to regard and launch all actions relevant to ideological and political education , takes full advantage of this new channel to give college students better ideological and political education.Finally, the last conclusion quotes President Hu's speech, reiterates that our country must emphasize to give college students effective ideological and political education,also asks to improve the management level of college students online environment, improve the online media guidance system, and last of all , which calls for constructing a health, scientific, harmonious environment of ideological and political education.
