The toys concept of kindergarten teachers is a key factor in affecting kindergarten activities and the development of children. And that the toys concept of kindergarten teachers is good or not is in the person of the direction of education concept of kindergarten teachers. On the basis of the existed toys concept researches, this research will combine some information from interview and natural observation to investigate and analysis kindergarten teachers'toys concept current situation by four dimensions. Those dimensions are the definition of toys, the properties of toys, the value of toys, the management and use of toys. Researcher gets three significant features about kindergarten teachers'toys concept status:imbalance, not comprehensive, not profound. Imbalance in cognizing toys means that the level of teachers'congnizing toys is not consistent. For example, some kindergarten teachers can be better to seize toys as an important element in kindergarten, and they do a good job in practice. But some kindergarten teachers do not realize the importance of toys. Therefore, they behave more freely in practice. Not comprehensive in cognizing toys means that the kindergarten teachers do not known about toys'information widely. Take the cognition of toys'launching for example, kindergarten teachers just think of the number in toys'launching but ignoring some matters about time, place, contents, fashions, and so on. Not profound in cognizing toys means that kindergarten teachers do not mastery toys'total value. For example, some of the kindergarten teachers always pay more attention to the surface operation on toys than new ways.For these results, the researcher uses the one in structure by Bronfenbrenner who use it in order to analysis the relations between ecological environment and human behavior to resolve impossible influences form micro system, intermediary system, appearance system, macro system. At last, based on the present problem from kindergarten teachers'toys concept, the researcher proposes some suggestions on helping kindergarten teachers with making a good toys concept from two aspects: prompting theories and practical experience.
