Self-efficacy Theory Class Cadre Training

Class is an important carrier of school education, and apart from relying on its head teacher, class work has another important channel-class cadres, who play an irreplaceable role in the management and construction of class. Along with the wave of quality education, as for the existence and development of class cadres-the special group in the class, the demands from themselves, head teacher and the society are becoming higher and higher.As the cognitive revolution becomes more and more influential, social cognition behaviorist breaks the barrier of traditional behaviorism, and uses concepts of psychology bravely. On the basis of inheriting traditions of behaviorism, Bandura raised the concept of self-efficacy, which offers a new route for researching thoughts and actions of people. Since the concept of self-efficacy was passed into China, many scholars have made researches by combining the concept with different fields; but till today, there are still very few studies on cultivating and utilizing self-efficacy of class cadres to improve class management. Therefore, researches on this subject have extremely great significances of both theoretical and practical.From the view of head teacher, this paper mainly focuses on self-efficacy of class cadres, who are regarded as "little locomotives of the class". By analyzing the necessity of cultivating self-efficacy of class cadres, and on the basis of Self-efficacy Theory of Bandura, this paper also studies self factors of the cadres, family factors and school factors which affect self-efficacy of class cadres, and based on such studies, this article discusses several methods for cultivating self-efficacy by considering several related problems. Finally, it also gives some superficial opinions about principles and issues that should be highlighted in the process of cultivating.In a word, by the researches of this subject, the author tries to seek for some means and methods for improving efficiency of class management, and meanwhile to enhance self-efficacy of class cadres.
