Cooperative learning has been hailed as "the most important and successful teaching reform in the over past ten years." Experimental studies have shown that cooperative learning is a kind of teaching strategy and learning style which is quite worthy of advocating. However, through the author's daily practice and observation in teaching reflection, cooperative learning in ideological and moral lessons still has some questions in real practice due to the influence of traditional teaching methods, individual differences of students and some other aspects, for example, students can't get well-prepared before lessons; students" participation is not balanced; the focus of cooperation is not clear; learning feedback is not timely; cooperation evaluation is imperfect. All these problems will inevitably affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning.How to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in teaching ideological and moral lessons is a subject concerned by many teachers. The author practice it based on his own teaching and get series of theories and references from experienced specialists, scholars, trying to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning from the following aspects of junior high school ideological and moral lessons:1. Building the effective cooperative learning groups; 2. Creating a good atmosphere in cooperative learning; 3. Constructing the mode of "Three-Self Student (self-studying, self-regulation, self-confidence showing) in training and evaluation; 4. Preparing and using teaching-guided papers well; 5. Improve the evaluation system of cooperative learning. By doing research, to enhance students'interest in ideological and moral lessons and to improve the ability of teachers to promote the effectiveness of ideological and moral lessons. |
