Study On Recessive Carrier Of The Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges And Universities

The traditional ideological and political education carrier is much more acted in a dominant, direct and infusing way, which has achieved some success, while the recessive carrier, which is subtle and infiltrative, is less taken in the ideological and political education. Currently, we're undergoing changes like economic globalization, network informatization and higher education popularization etc. The corruption phenomenon and some negative thoughts like "Money talks" also appear with the development of our country's socialist market economy. And the competition for the next generation between the international hostile force and our country is becoming more severe and complicated. The college students'ideological and political education has encountered greater difficulties than ever under such circumstances. The previous dominant ideological and political education does not work that effective as what it was. Meanwhile, people begin to realize the importance of recessive education. And they start to do research and development on the carrier of this education. Currently, the research in this area is still a weak point in our country, which is inconsistent with the development of this subject's education, and the needs of our country's talent development. In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education, and to promote the development of the subject, this paper has done a tentative research on the development of the recessive ideological and political education carrier, and the establishment and utilization of its pattern.This paper starts with the connotation, types and features of the recessive ideological and political education carrier, to analyze the unique advantage of the carrier in college students' ideological and political education work, to introduce the necessity of the development and utilization of the education carrier, and to discuss the principles and means of developing it. The paper tries to explore the application of the carrier through five aspects, real scene, behavior system, network carrier and psychological counseling, in the hope that it can arouse students' consciousness, initiative and invention to accept the ideological and political education, and help students accept the right information that conveyed in the recessive education carrier, and to internalize the main thoughts which are accordant with the country's and social needs into their own. And according to the differences and links between recessive and dominant ideological and political education, this part defines the connotation of the recessive education carrier and analyzes its types and features.PartⅢ:he types, features and unique advantage of college recessive ideological and political education carrier. Based on college students' psychology and thoughts, this part analyzes the main types and features of the college recessive education carrier, illustrates the advantages of this carrier through its effects of removing students' negative mentality, meeting the development demands of the subject and covering the whole process of the education, and summarizes the necessity of developing and using the recessive carrier in college and universities.PartⅣ:The development of college recessive ideological and political education carrier. As the key point and innovation part in this paper, this part mainly illustrates four principles while developing the recessive education carrier, which are to have the unity of direction and times, the actual effect and pertinence, inheritance and development, borrowing and innovation. And it analyzes the specific ways of developing the college recessive education carrier from three aspects which are strengthening the research on theory, expanding the carrier's forms and establishing its system.PartⅤ:The application of college recessive ideological and political education carrier. This is another key point and creative parts, as well as the base of the article. In this section, it proposes several measures for the application of the recessive education carrier. For example, showing the ideas and spirit of the college and stressing the human spirit and the value of the social main trend through the development and application of some real scenes like school motto, buildings and sculptures etc; Taking good use of multiple behavior carrier system like school management behavior, teachers' personality, good relationships between teachers and students, and model morality; Creatively using psychological counseling, for instance, to fulfill the counseling team construction, to improve the college's psychological counseling service, and to establish the college's network for psychological education. In the last parts, it illustrates the problems that claim for attention during the process of developing and using the carrier based on the relationships between dominant and recessive education, and the outside environment and the students themselves.
