Full-time Master degree education is a kind of professional practice-oriented training method which is at the same level with master's degree,and emphasizes the practical application.Since 2009, in order to meet the needs of the social economy,Ministry of education promoted the full development of master's degree education more vigorously, which is a major adjustment in the graduate education level in China.With today's rapid development of the knowledge economy, we need full-time Master's degree education, but also need high-quality, full-time graduate education degree to the satisfaction of students.In this paper,we selected eight universities to study full-time master's degree education satisfaction problems.This paper describes the basic viewpoints of stakeholder theory, customer satisfaction theory,and higher service quality theory, and analysed the application of these three theories in terms of student satisfaction studies.Then,constructed the full-time Master Degree of student satisfaction index model,referring to the previous research and the American Customer Satisfaction Index model structure, the index model selected five indicators: students expectation, students perceived quality, students perceived value, student satisfaction, students loyalty.In the index model, in order to ensure the science and rigor of the evaluation system,this paper used the Delphi method to construct the measurement index system for full-time master Degree of student satisfaction, and transferred the three indicators to the specific questions in , obtaining the questionnaire in this study.In this survey,8 representative universities were selected, the objects of the survey is the full-time post graduates .The data collected were carried out to the samples statistical analysis,satisfaction status analysis, satisfaction of variance analysis and correlation analysis, then we drew out the main conclusions and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Student satisfaction survey does not only provide a channel for feedback for the full-time students in master's degree education ,to help the universities to make targeted improvements ,and also help the society understand the new form of full-time Master of education better,which has important theoretical and practical significance for sustainable development of the society. |
