Beginning in 2001,"Sports and Health Course Standard (Trial Revised Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as new curriculum)has been implemented all over the country for ten years, each experimental area and experimental schools were earnestly implementing the new course standard spirit, combined with the local region and cultural traditions, economic development and characteristics of education, local conditions, and carried out the study and experimental to new curriculum standard, all of them have achieved significant experimental results. But curriculum reform is not an overnight things, it needs to constantly sum up experience in practice, gradually adjust and perfect the content of the reform. So I tried to analyze the existing problem on the basis of previous studies, under the guidance of the physical education and health course new outline, through the Zibo City Teaching Junior High School physical education teachers to conduct a comprehensive investigation, and based on the existing problems, and put forward the effective system countermeasures.In order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the majority of middle school PE teachers to the implementation of new curriculum, and to provide the scientific basis for the education sector decision-making.This paper, through literature, questionnaires and expert interviews, conducts a survey to six districts and three counties in Zibo City, including 340 physical education teachers and 320 students from Zibo 32 junior high schools. The main contents include: Zibo City, the basic situation of junior middle school physical education teachers, Zibo City Junior High School physical education teachers understanding situation on the new curriculum, Zibo City Junior High School physical education teachers in the teaching actual situation, influence Zibo City Junior High School sports teachers implementation new course standard reasons.Survey results showed: 1. Zibo junior middle school physical education teachers in age, education background, professional title, teaching age composition of quite reasonable. The gender ratio for the composition of men and women 24:1, male and female teachers ratio imbalance; Scientific research is not very valued; 2. Generally speaking, most of Zibo City junior high school physical education teachers can basically understand the new curriculum, but the understanding is lack for the teaching means and methods of new curriculum and teaching evaluation. 3. Zibo City Junior High School can basically set the course requirements in accordance with new curriculum lessons, physical education teachers teaching content and "National Student Health Standard"test items and scoring criteria, only a few sports teachers can pay attention to students' interest choice. 4. Achievement of objectives in the new curriculum, students 'sports participation, sports skills are better than physical health, mental health and social adaptation. In the teaching of organizational form, most of the physical education teachers still stick to the original random group teaching. In the teaching methods, to explain the demonstration, complete with the decomposition-based correction method, and other methods also get a certain application, but less in physical education and health courses.; 5. Through the investigation, the interview found that physical education teachers implementation new course standard influence reason mainly in the following aspects :School leaders understand the problem, the lack of venues and equipment, new curriculum content and the uncertainty of evaluation criteria, the problem of teachers themselves, sports tests and other factors, all of them are the main reason influencing physical education teachers to implement new curriculum.In view of the above situation to put forward the corresponding countermeasures: 1. To strengthen school leadership awareness for sports and health courses; 2. Further perfect curriculum course content, optimizing integration Zibo sports curriculum resources; 3. Fully exploit the use of sports facilities resources; 4.To take targeted training to enhance understanding of physical education teachers on new curriculum for teachers to grow to provide a relaxed social environment; 5. Teacher training of college sports to make corresponding adjustments. |
