Shandong Province CUBA First 12th Man With Development Present Situation Investigation Team Countermeasures

Nowadays, basketball has become one of the most favorite sports among college students in Shandong Province and the college men's basketball teams in Shandong Province has become an important part of Shandong high-level sports teams. Meanwhile, the College Men's Basketball Teams have strongly push forward the development of the whole athletic cause in Shandong Province. However, the men's basketball teams still have some problems in their development, such as the management of the basketball teams, site facilities, operational fund, training of coaches and athletes, which all need further improvement and perfection.Through the analysis of the problems existed in men's basketball teams of the first-class group in the 12th CUBA, Shandong Division, this research attempts to find out the factors that influence the development of men's basketball teams in Shandong Province and presents proper methods for teams'management , athletes'training and the cultivation of high-level basketball talents. This research has a great significance for the development of college men's basketball teams in Shandong Province.Taking the 13 college men's basketball teams of the first-class group in the 12th CUBA of Shandong Divison, as subjects, this thesis analyzes the current sitution of college men's basketball teams in Shandong Province, by means of document-based approach, questionnaire approach, interviews, and mathematical statistics analysis approach.The conclusions of this reach are as follows:1. Teams of the first-class group in the 12th CUBA of Shandong Divison get few chances to take part in the competitions, which hinder the whole improvement of men's basketball teams.2. There is a sharp contradiction between team members'study and their training.3. All the men's basketball teams of the first-class group in the 12TH CUBA of Shandong Divison are sponsored by their corresponding colleges or univertities solely, which cuases the shortage of fund.4. Funds invested in the competitive basketball sports are far from enough to guarantee the regular training and competition.5. The professional proportion of coaches is still low, which hinders the coaches from concentrating on their training.
