Efforts To Support The Development Of Vocational Education, Increase Financial Input

Through more than 30 years of reform and opening up, especially in the new century.Accelerating the transformation of China's development has entered the economic development of the new historical period.Vigorously develop vocational education, and speed up the training of highly skilled personnel, as well as efforts to train students in employment and entrepreneurship, has been included in the national agenda. From the economic and personnel relations, vocational education is one of education services which most closely connected and contributes most direct to the economic and social development, which is also the base projects of economic and social development and human resource power construction. High quality skilled personnel and high-quality vocational education are more in need along with economic and social development.However, in contrast to vocational education's statigic position to the development of the whole nation, at present, the development of vocational education has been stagnant, manifested in poor schools, nervous students, retention rate decline and the lack of teachers. An important reason for this phenomenon is the funding of vocational education has not effectively protected. For a long time, China's investment in education funding overall tilt to the higher education, and in the general education secondary education is more tilted, resulting in the proportion of secondary vocational education investment is too low. Inadequate funding can be said one of the main factors that restricting the development of vocational education.This paper discusses the accelerating changes in the way of economic development background, how to use government's effective financial security, to promote sustained, rapid and healthy development of vocational education,in order to fulfill its role in the promotion of social employment, industrial restructuring and human resource development. First, introducing the connotation of vocational education and the public finance, and then gradually analyzing the problems in the development of vocational education and the cause of the problems. Finally, there is a number of constructive measures to the problems in the development of vocational education.Vocational education is related closely to practical and technical, future research should also focus more on these two aspects. How to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties to address the development of vocational education the lack of funding, changing in social prejudice against vocational education and enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education, and fully playing its positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and accelerate the transformation of the economic development. We must carefully think about and solve the problems during the process from the human resources in large quantity to great power related to human resources.
