In 2001 the Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Sports united the promulgation to implement "Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard" (hereafter refers to as "Standard"), was for the purpose of thoroughly, the comprehensive understanding elementary and middle school students' health condition, further trained the student on own initiative to participate in the physical training the interest and the enthusiasm, fostered participates in the physical training positively the habits and customs, set up"the health first"sports values. Promotes the health, to obtain sports and the healthy knowledge and the skill, enhancement social adaptation ability and raises the psychologically healthy level is the curriculum value core manifests. How "Standard" the content puts in the sports teaching practice, this enhanced own quality aspect to the gym instructor to set a higher request without doubt.The Binzhou Junior middle school "Standard" carries out the implementation work to develop many years, but along with new round elementary education reform implementation, Binzhou Junior middle school in "Standard" in the implementation process also exposes many malpractices. In "Sports And Health" in the curriculum teaching, the gym instructor in the course content, the goal, the method, the appraisal as well as to student lifelong physical culture consciousness's fostering with"the health first"thought aspects and so on understanding exists with "Standard" the varying degree deviation. How to establish the persistent effect mechanism which Binzhou "Sports And Health" the curriculum implements, how to improve "Sports And Health" the teaching present situation appears especially important.This research uses the literature material to send, methods and so on questionnaire survey procedure, interview law, mathematical statistic, separately to the Binzhou 15 different level's Junior middle schools "Sports And Health" the curriculum in aspect and so on teaching idea, course content, teaching method, teaching goal, teaching appraisal and location equipment implementation conditions carries on the system, the exhaustive investigation and study. The investigation result indicated:(1)The Binzhou Junior middle school implemented "Sports And Health" the curriculum aspect makes certain progress, the gym instructor has been able to accept, and could earnest study the new curriculum standard, but in the implementation process mostly the class in the surface and the form, could not unearth its essence, could not from understand, the research curriculum standard true connotation essentially, so that caused the teaching effect to be not very obvious. The teacher structure tends the youth oriented, the title is generally low, scientific research ability is generally low, the male and female teacher proportion is unbalanced, between the area the difference is more obvious(2)The Binzhou Majority of Countryside Middle school has the location, the equipment facility aspect serious deficient phenomenon, cannot guarantee the student normal study and the extracurricular activity development, so that has written off the student to the sports study enthusiasm and the enthusiasm; Between the different rank's sports location construction and the equipment equipment school's has extremely not the balanced condition; Government to school sports construction financial disbursement too few, so that the partial schools are unable to carry out the teaching activity normally.(3)The teacher course content is unitary, is arid, cannot act according to student's interest hobby offer courses, cannot transfer the majority students to participate in the physical training the enthusiasm, is short of the collated and corrected copy curriculum content resources the development, involves to the emerging sports items are few, national tradition sports aspect curriculum popular dynamics to be insufficient; The teaching method lacks the innovation obsoletely, mostly cannot achieve teaches students in accordance with their aptitude, cannot arouse the enthusiasm which the student studies; The teaching organization way is extremely unitary, is not high to student's individual difference attention, adopts"has it all"the teaching organization way, affects the teaching the efficiency, the student likes the sports, but does not like the physical education the phenomenon universal existence.(4)The school the appraisal way lacks democratic to the teacher, only pays great attention to hit tests the result and leads result and so on terminating appraisal ways, causes the teacher to lack the innovation the enthusiasm and the enthusiasm; The teacher the appraisal lacks the procedure and forms the appraisal to the student, the appraisal way is unitary, neglects aspect and so on student's individual difference, emotion manner and team spirit raises. The teaching goal mostly also only pauses in the three basics teaching, studies aspect and so on manner, cordiality performance and team spirit to the student requests too few, is big with the new curriculum standard's request disparity.(5)"Sports And Health" the theory curriculum start are few, the physical education is taken the phenomenon which, diverts to be common. The student are really few to the sports and the healthy knowledge understanding, lacks self-aspect and so on prevention and health knowledge basic general knowledge.(6)The extracurricular sports' development can conform to the national physical training standard basically in the time, but only flows in the surface and the form, lacks teacher's instruction and the organization in the organization way, the location equipment the need which provides on cannot the very good satisfied student exercise, causes warm drop which the student exercises.
