Content: Beginning of this century, China launched a new round of curriculum reform, the biggest highlight of the curriculum reform of teaching in high school set series of elective courses. Elective courses occupy more than half the proportion of high school language courses as the highlight of language teaching, elective by the great attention. But in the actual teaching process, due to the Ge hardware facilities and teachers teaching capacity constraints, the Gao Kao system still exists, have greatly restricted the teaching, due to class, evaluation system and other factors, making Gaozhong language elective De teaching there or vacant, or as another round of compulsory or elective lack of control of the situation was too far. Elective courses that will lead to the collapse of reform. Therefore, the root of the current research problems and identify strategies relative to the adjustment to high school elective courses of the language to make a useful attempt, is this in-depth study.This article is divided into four parts:First, this article describes the reasons for the proposed project, the theoretical basis and research significance. Secondly, this paper summarizes findings of teaching practice and teaching of high school elective problems in four major areas: First, problems in course design, including the conditions by the various school facilities and teacher resources, capacity constraints, in practice difficult to do to the real "elective"; entrance exam mode suppression elective national diversity, self development, and second, the specific problems in teaching, including the continuation of elective courses to become compulsory, elective courses have taken a refresher course in advance , elective courses into one-sided emphasis on humanistic knowledge overlooked the error and the third is the existence of regulation in learning a lot of problems, the four aspects of the evaluation system problems. On this basis, I take from clearing and accurate design of elective courses, the teaching objectives Luoshibutong elective series of objectives and requirements, to seize the characteristics of the implementation of high school teaching language courses, choose a different teaching methods, explore the formation of four new way of learning elective courses to explore the effective ways of teaching. Finally, the paper also discusses the subject starting from the language-based curriculum design should pay attention to.
