With the development of our economy and acceleration of urbanization progress, more and more farmer-laborers holding temporary or permanent jobs in cities, their children have to stay in countryside. In current situation of our country, left-behind children have become a special and huge group, especially concentrate on western of China. The special growing condition results a series of problems of left-behind children during their growth. The problems mainly exist on learning, living, psychology and morality. The healthy growing up of left-behind children has a relation with long-term stability of our country, and also a request of social harmonious society construction.This research focus on left-behind children's moral character development, followed research model "discover problems, analyze problems, and solve problems", applied narrative research method. By the observation of a junior high school left-behind child for almost a term, mainly include writer's first meeting with Xiao Jun, some representative stories and cases on moral development of Xiao Jun's childhood, Xiao Jun's primary school life and present junior high school life.the narration of his moral development cases exhibits the moral character of a left-behind child,And find problem of moral development of the left-behind children,include four parts:the first is confusion of moral cognition, the second is moral emotion indifference, the third is moral willing weakness, the fourth is moral irregular behaviour.On the basis of analyzing problems,analysis of reasons of Xiao Jun's moral development from personal, family, school and society. Personal factors including Self-control ability is bad, correct understanding of his parents work outside;Family reasons include:first, the absence of a good example from his parents causes confusion of moral cognition. Second, custodian's impropriate parenting styles causes moral irregular behaviour; School reasons include:first, school moral education method's singularity, the method itself is not moral. Second, school is absent in communication with left-behind children. Third, neglect of psychology education of left-behind children;Society reasons include: first, the influence of disadvantage surroundings. Second, the influence of left-behind children's peer groups.On the basis of this,find methods with theses problems.include three aspects:Family moral education:increase communication method, strengthen family connection, alter parents outgoing model, and enhance custodian quality. School moral education:implement living moral education; make best use of left-behind resources, advance teacher's quality, attach importance to psychology education of left-behind children.Society moral education:depurate countryside surrounding environments, eliminate positive influences, and establish left-behind children's community moral education and custody system.Enabling integration of social resources,care for children left behind together.
