The knowledge integration is an important feature of integrated curriculum, achieving its feature of the course depends on teachers' multi-disciplinary knowledge background and the ability to integrate knowledge.The thesis, which researches the multi-disciplinary knowledge's integrated ability of teachers and selects teachers of "moral and social" courses in shanghai primary school as the end-result of the study, reveals how the teachers practise the concept of integrated curriculum in action,and raises some appropriate strategies on this basis.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the multi-disciplinary knowledge integrated ability of teachers ought to be required. That is, integrated curriculum teachers should have what the ability that integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge.Firstly,exploring the multi-disciplinary knowledge integrated ability of teachers under the characteristics of the integrated curriculum,from the meaning,the history of integrated curriculum and one point of the features about integrated curriculum.Secondly, revealing the teachers need to have the background of literature,history and philosophy knowledge,but also have the ability to integrate the methodology and concept of knowledge by one of the primary school integrated curriculum as a breakthrough.The second part is the multi-disciplinary knowledge integrated ability of teachers in the implemented state.That is,the primary "moral and social "teachers in the ability of multi-disciplinary knowledge integration have the main problems.Analyzing it from three aspects:part-time teachers are often too busy to take into account the characteristics of the integrated curriculum subjects, the gap between the teachers' knowledge structure and textbook knowledge, multi-disciplinary integration defects during the teaching education.The third part is on the basis of analyzing the second part, raising some measures response to comprehensive curriculum from macro and micro aspects.At the macro level, analyzing that the outside supporting systems should be improved for perfecting the multi-disciplinary knowledge integrated ability of teachers. From the perspective of teaching education,improving the level of pre-service education, vocational training in the diverse ways; From the school environment, the school should create campus environment better for the integrated curriculum, optimal allocation the school resources, and providing the appropriate tilt policy. At the micro level, analyzing the teachers should be reading, teaching and writing to reflect on self-improvement.
