Most of the research of multimedia study has focused on"words and static picture", especially"text and static figure", which has been proved to be effectively in conveying information. But under the environment of computer network, the mode of"text and static figure"of traditional media unfolds some defects. Whether the mode of"dynamic picture and explanation"will replace the"text and static figure"as a more effective basic information unit is worthy of further research and analysis.With the study of multimedia theory and the summary of the domestic and foreign research, the paper analyses the effects of students of different subjects through animation multimedia learning. The 1st experiment analyzes whether animation multimedia will make different impacts on students of different subjects. The 2nd Experiment analyzes the effects of the learning of college students with interactive animation multimedia.The 1st experiment has found that college students of art had more interest in animation multimedia than students of science. The experiment has also found that animation multimedia had made much improvement of college students of art and science. The data related to eye movement also has proved the experiment result, revealing the characteristics of real-time information management of college students through animation multimedia.The research of 2nd experiment shows that interactive animation multimedia can improve the level of college students in learning, especially the level of college students with the mode of"interactive and text"is higher than that of the mode of"animation and text"in"text"mode and the level of college students with the mode of"interactive and text"is higher than that of the mode of"interactive and explanation"in"interactive"mode. But the improvement of college students with the mode of"interactive and explanation"and"animation and explanation"is not obvious in"explanation"mode and the improvement of college students with the mode of"animation and explanation"and"animation and text"is not obvious in"explanation"mode. The data related to eye movement in image and interest area also proved the experiment result, revealing that the distribution of attention is closely related with the construction of learning through animation multimedia learning. Reveals the admitted students study the distribution of attention of multimedia animation is closely related with the construction of learning. The research of animation multimedia has just made the first step and it needs further research in individual differences and animation presents features.
