With the depth of curriculm reforming in basic education, teachers are transforming from imparter of knowledge to reseacher of reflection.How to help teachers switching over their role play successfully is the most hardship process. It is essential for common teachers to finding and seizing a certain method which they would like to use in daily work.Under the backgroud of being a"reflection teacher",doing a"reflective practice", guided journal as a new research method is gradually developed. With doing self-examination termly, teachers are benefit from this certain way which upgrade teacher`s technical skills and self-learning abilities constantly.What is more, this kind of approach is a better strategy of teacher`s professional development than other methods we well knew.With the guidence of this certain way, teachers confess their drawbacks of teaching day by day. In additon, as a routine, writing journal presence a part of of teacher`s daily life,which factor would act a positive influence in teacher`s new role. However, how to modification guiding journals, in order to adapting teachers cognitive, is the problem which I need to reseach it.The study based on literature review of foreign and domestic literature, And by means of analysis of"guided journal"of action research, I am trying to illustruted a kind of research method,that is guided journal.It including concept, feature, rationale, internal structure and implementation process.Trying to apply the guided journal into teaching of practical of ordinaral way, finding the tactics of the guided journal by the primary exploration.The dissertation divides five parts. The first part is Introduction, including background, scope of the study, methodology and valuable, assuption and difinition of terms; The second part reviews the related research at home and abroad, in order to redefine the introductory of guided journal; The third part mainly discussing about the theory research, including make a new concept of guiding journal, describe its characteristics and types, internal and external structure of guiding journal, elaborate its steps to design; The fourth part states the development and application case study of guided journal in detail,The fifth part is the conclution, it is that journal becoming a good way for teacher to essesment themselves, and being a useful instrument of all of the researchers.In action research, I made a conclution of summarizing the journal strategies for the effective process.But there are still keep some problems of journals,we need to go further in this field.
