Deng Xiaoping Legal Thought Study

Deng Xiaoping Theory realizes the second leap of combination ofMarxism-Leninism with the concrete practice in China, inherits and developsMao Zedong thought, and provides a theoretical guide and a guide to action forthe construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important partof Deng Xiaoping Theory, legal system thought is the inheritance anddevelopment of the legal theory of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's Lawthinking, is the theoretical basis and practical guide of the construction of asocialist country ruled by law. Deng Xiaoping legal thought includes legislative,administrative, judicial, legal education, legal supervision, and legal talentcultivation of socialist rule of law in all aspects, among this, the core is the ruleof law. through a profound reflection on the construction of China's socialistlegal system, Deng Xiaoping recognizes the important position of democracyand the rule of law in China's socialist modernization, puts forward tostrengthen democracy and the rule of law in order to more quickly achieve thegoal of socialist modernization.He never used the concept of "rule of law", however, his ideology ofdemocracy and legal system has already risen to the height of the rule of law.Through the analysis of the practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's legalthought, this paper further grasps the law of development of China's rule of law,clear the direction of development of the rule of law, the rule of law for ourcountry and builds a socialist country ruled by law to provide ideologicalguidance, build a harmonious socialist society in China has important theoreticaland practical significance.This article is divided into four parts: introduction selects the purpose andsignificance of selected Legal System Thought as a research topic, the domesticresearch, research ideas and research methods, and research priorities, difficultyand innovation.
