The Research Of Soft Communication In The Communist Youth League Work

Communist Youth League work has always been an important part of the management of university. Although people have a basic understanding of status, functions and features of the Communist Youth League work, with the development of society, especially facing the new media technology and the environment, the limitations of original understandings, difficulties and problems in specific work have been highlighted. The empirical analysis shows that:with the soft communication in specific work, you can create a new realm in the work of the Communist Youth League; in the specific work of organizing, guiding and servicing young people, it is reasonable to use soft communication strategy; the ideas and strategies of soft communication can guide the development of specific work program.
