A Research On The Negative Effect Of Concentrated Feeding For The Five Guarantees

"The Five guarantees targets'" is a kind of special China's rural poor community," Five Guarantees "system has been formed in the early days, and it gets to the development of gradually after more than 60 years of wind and rain down, but it still can't solve the problem of "Households enjoying the five guarantees" survival problem. In recent years, it is advocated vigorously by government and some experts and scholars as the main way for supporting the old man. This paper focuses on supporting "Five guarantees " as the research object, analysis on the basis of in-depth interviews on the difficulties the old man facing, pointes out that the limit of the concentrated feed for the Five Guarantees including:the freedom of action, life habit, personality and dignity and the social participation error and so on. At last, the writer put forward the feasible method basing on the occur reason:design the welfare system with demand orientation, insist the professional house care concept and the right evaluation mechanism basing on the Five Guarantees.
