The Study Of Hu Jintao Governing Ethics Thought

Governing ethic is an important part of the study of political ethics. Politics and morality have had a close relationship since political phenomenon turned up in human society. Moral criterion and ethic concept in politics have always been the fundamental contents of political ethics. Governing ethic is the product of the emergency and development of party politics. With the development of party politics, the role of political party in national political life and the whole social life has become increasingly prominent. Governing morality and its ethical construction of the party in power not only directly affect the party's governing capacity and effect but also have a wide and profound impact on the social morality and ethical development. Therefore, the study of party in power and its leaders' governing ethical thought has important practical value and theoretical significance.After entering the new era, with the significant changes of situations in world, China and the Chinese Communist Party, the CCP has also faced a new test when making self-building and has made a proper adjustment. As an important component of the party construction, the party's governing ethical building, which has continued to be enriched and integrated, has constantly exhaled the old and inhaled the new. In this sense, the study of Hu Jintao's governing ethical thought is quite important.On the basis of carding the governing ethical research's current situation and general concept, this dissertation firstly examines the historical development of the CCP's governing ethical construction in the ethical perspective. Then, on the basis of analyzing the main contents and characteristics of the different periods of the party's governing ethical construction, it also summarizes and concludes the party's accumulated thought and its connotation.Chapter II mainly discusses the history and logic of Hu Jintao's governing ethical thought's formation and development. His thought's formation not only absorbs the general idea of the CCP's ethical construction, but also, in the new historical conditions, enriches and develops the the party's governing ethical thought according to the changing background and logic.Chapter III analyzes the basic content of Hu's governing ethical thought. Firstly, promote the construction of the party's elementary ethical ideology. In the scientific development concept, it derives some specific theories, such as the thinking of building the party for the public and exercising state power for the people, the socialistic core value system, the socialistic outlook on honor and shame, the idea of building harmonious socialistic society and people-oriented ideology. Although these theories have differences of directivity and requirements, they are all contained in the scientific development concept. Secondly, focus on the construction of institutional ethic. What's more, people should propel the reform of political system and build a build service-oriented government, depending on the regime and system to guarantee the practice of governing ethic. Finally, constantly expand the modern ethical philosophy resources of the party in power and emphasize on the spirit of democracy and the rule of law---cientific&democratic governance and governing according to law.The practice and development of Hu's governing ethical thought contributes to promote social integration, enlightenment and social lead. Besides, it is also good for making up the the loss of morality existing within the party, which effectively coordinates the inner-party's relationship and enhance its governing performance and legitimacy.
