The computer network is not only all over the world but also deeply influencing on each aspect of our social life, due to its unique featues, such as global, virtual and non- centralized network management features, compared with the traditional civil legal relationship, the civil legal relationship in internet age presents different features, so the traditional rules of the civil legal relationship law naturally also faced an unprecedented test and challenge, basic on sorting, reading a large number of domestic and international data, this paper is planning to analyze and explain the research project.This paper will divide into six chapters.
