Study On Crime Of Shaming Registered Trademark Based On Network

Trademark is protected by the law of intellectual property, sale of counterfeit goods is a registered trademark of the acts of trademark infringement, and the perpetrator must bear the corresponding legal responsibility. In E-commerce booming situation, the sale of counterfeit trademark goods to the crime as a sales platform for the Internet, showing a different from the traditional sale of counterfeit trademark goods and intensified the characteristics of crime trends, the state of knowledge property management system and the rights of intellectual property rights caused damage. This paper introduces the concept of trademark start by analyzing the network selling counterfeit trademark goods characteristics and causes of crime, discusses the application of this technology based on E -commerce and modern logistics services to the current criminal justice system challenges. Combined with the author's work practice, this article refers to analysis of the case, from the legislative and the judiciary and other aspects of the network to prevent and combat crime, the sale of counterfeit trademark goods countermeasures.
