Study On The Prolems And The Countermeasures Of League Activities In Colleges

In college, league activities are the important form to conduct ideological and political education on Youth League members. Successful league activities can not only unite branch members, improve the whole qualities, create some social values, but also make some improvement and expand its influence. While the youths'growing environment has dramatically changed and their needs become wider and specific, the only dependence on Youth League branch's activities has some limits. I the first place, compared with other activities, such as"the Challenge Cup","social practice"etc, some traditional league activities are less attractive because of their old contents and working ways; in the second place, while class committees and other organizations are acting some measures closely related to student's working and studying life, the functions of Youth League branches are not clear. What's more, many branches do activities only for finishing the job.The aim of league activities is improving students' ideological and political quality, cultivating youth members'sense of participation, enhancing collective concept, promoting the communications among basic-level organizations, which would help them dig their potentials and realize their values after they enter the society. Based on the current situation, we should make some innovations including enriching its contents, extending its ranges and improving its levels, in order to meet the youths'health, growth, career development, social involving and rights expressing. All of these are useful for their development in all around ways. This paper takes the ways of entire study, history study and action research. The difficulties are the deep dig of the states quo in the colleges'league activities. The important point is the innovative actions. The point of innovation is the activities'safeguard mechanism and the revolution of the contents.The whole passage can be divided into three parts:The First Part mainly concerns the overall explanation of the league activities. First and foremost, it makes clear definition about the quality, activities of the Youth League. Last, it expounds the meaning. Launching the league activities is the necessity to develop student's overall quality, the important way to form students'pluralistic knowledge structure, the urgent need to help students live in a healthy way, the powerful way to build harmonious school, the significant method to strengthen the League's own vitality.The Second Part analyzes the existing problems in college league activities and its reasons. Firstly are the problems. it elaborates the factors that influence the effects of the Youth League activities: main factor as the key, tasks factors as the core, external environment as the security and organization as the basis. Secondly, As the good acting form, it doesn't function well: performing in the traditional ways, forms and connotation becoming entertaining and the efficiency gradually weakens. Thirdly, it concerns the reason analyzing: the education on ideology and politics doesn't act as the main one, the subjectivity of educatees is ignored. Meanwhile, effective instruction is not enough and inspection comparison mechanism is perfect.The Third Part studies on the ways how we can improve the activities'effectiveness. Firstly, safeguard mechanism should be innovated. It is said that"After the political route is settled, leaders are the decisive factors."As a result, good team should be built and the building of party can help build the league. In order to make a good performance, strong propaganda atmosphere should be built and the activities must be instructed by professional teachers. Assessing the performances, exhibiting high-quality ones and rewarding good performers, all of these will make the youth members highly involved. Then, innovation should be done. At any rate, the ideological and political education cannot be marginalized. As a result, when the Youth League activities are performed, more ideological and political education should be exalted, and help students build scientific outlook of the world, life and value. The principle of education is permeation and"moistens everything silently"is the best way. Only based on major knowledge, combined with social practice, the vigor of league activities can be realized. We should use various forms to organize league activities which are closely connected with college students'characters. These activities should trigger students'initiative and enthusiasm and march with the hot points in the society.
