Nowadays B2C mode of online shopping has enjoyed a rapid growth. Many people have begun to try this new form of consumption. But this new commercial transaction has brought big impacts toward traditional civil law. Though we have the "Electronic Signature Law" for online shopping, this only works a little as it can only solve a part of problems which occurred during the consumption procedurals. At the same time, due to the unreachable of the information about customers and the various kinds of pay methods, the risk from breaking of contract and other behavior of customers has been increased to those B2C firms. Their benefits are easily damaged. What worse, currently the specification of legal relationship which is generated during the online shopping procedural is imperfect that result in the difficulty in the protection of firm's benefits. This article will give a complete description of the risks which firms may be faced and the current condition of the protection of firm's benefits. It will also make a discussion in the topic of how to give a protection toward firm's benefits, and give some advice.
