The Necessity And Feasibility Research Of Using Rights Transfering On Rural Collective Construction Land

With the development of socialist market economy,we made great progress in the transfer system of state-owned land,while the transfer system of collective construction land of farmers is still the same.The use right transfer of collective construction land of farmers is most be restricted in the law in our country.
