Base on the above consideration, this article take the form of theft crime as the object of research, and investigate the common theory of criminal pattern, in the special circumstances how to affirm if the theft crime has accomplished, the factor to affect which pattern of theft crime belong to. Firstly, this article relates the theory of accomplished crime and criminal attempt as a whole, including out of control, control, transfer, lose and so on. Secondly, this article relates how to affirm the pattern of theft crime in the special circumstances, including stealing in the public places and abode, stealing intangible assets and energy resources. At last, this article focus on how to affirm the criminal pattern of the new facts about theft crime in the eighth amendment of Criminal law. This article dissertates on the base of the theory of control, demonstrating the related problems of the theft crime's pattern from different angles, hoping make some contribution to the research of the related problems of the theft crime'pattern of our country.
