As the reform and opening to the outside world, migrant workers,as the emerging social group, are changing the national appearance and creating miracles by mysterious strength. They have made great contribution to the economy, the social development and the construction of modernization of our country. However, it is very hard for migrant workers to obtain the same treatment as the urban workers, and their personal rights and interests in politics, economy, culture, have been violated frequently. Strengthening migrant workers' rights and interests is of great importance in terms of the assurance of human rights, the building of fair social environment, the advancement of our country's legalization, and the promotion of construction in harmonious society. After having studied the relationship between legal society and security system of migrant workers' Rights and Interests, the thesis paper proposed the importance of migrant workers' rights and interests security. What's more, the overall analysis is also on the current situation and in-depth reasons of the deficiency of the rights and interests among migrant workers. Most important, it presents effective actions to strengthen migrant workers 'rights security by learning from overseas beneficial system in the safeguarding the rights and interests of "the laborer", mainly from the four aspects:mechanism perfection, legal construction, the self-building, and the social and the organizational construction.
