"mo" Administration Personality Thought

As an ancient civilized country, traditional administrative theory still has a long way to go. For bettering the system of administrative ethic subject, it is imperative to comb the history of thoughts of traditional administrative ethics."Mozi"which is filled with rich ethics is a classic of early Qin era.Administrative personality which arouses the scholars'interests becomes the focus of today's administrative ethics and undoubtedly goes from good to better. Because of the author's energy and ability, this thesis focused on the administrative personality of Mozi which derived from the need of managing a country. Emphasizing the moral values of YILI, combing ideal representatives of Sheng(the divine) Wang(the king), advocating the methods of self-introspecting and practicing, this book is based on the theory of Tian Gui and Ren which respectively means God, ghost, human beings. Due to the fact that this book boasts unique administrative personality, such as, embodying the main body of administrative personality and idealism, it is beneficial to today's administrative personality.This thesis studied the thought of administrative personality of"Mozi"with the hope of making some contribution to it.
