Agricultural development and agricultural insurance as a protection system, a deep dependence on the law, the law is the prerequisite for the development and protection. China is currently no one to support the complete laws and regulations. The third chapter describes the domestic and international agricultural insurance regulatory system, analysis of China's agricultural insurance regulatory status quo, especially the weak links, visit the foreign agricultural insurance regulatory system, and made a reference. Chapter by reviewing China's agricultural insurance policy adjustments and legal adjustment process, combined with the national conditions of China's agricultural insurance regulatory objectives and principles, regulatory authorities and regulators to determine the specific aspects and content, with a view to promote China's agricultural insurance laws and regulatory system established.
