The Practical Exploration By Using The Modern Management Mode To Against Power Corruption

To further improve the system of punishing and preventing corruption, strengthen the construction of anti-corruption, the new period under the new situation, discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels of an important political task is coming.General secretary Hu Jintao delivered an important speech in the 17 th the fifth plenary session of the discipline ,he pointed out to promote the risk control mechanism construction actively,form long-term effective mechanism of effective prevention and against corruption and in the spirit of reform and innovation to advance the anti-corruption construction.How to carry out this task and truely according to the guiding principle, namely,"administer thoroughly, integrated processing, both punishment and prevention, pay attention to the prevention".In addition, establishing and improving the anti-corruption system, enhance the efficiency of the prevention and control of corruption ,which depends directly on a set of management system that based on modern management idea .Regarding using what kind of management mode, how to manage, management ways,measures and practical effect assessment is worthy of studying. Therefore, the application of modern management concepts to explore the prevention of corruption problems actively is imperative.Recently , Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province has widened horizons ,developed innovative thinking,and cultively learned effective elements from the modern management system,combining theory with practice and making great efforts in the practice of exploration,so as to clearly find the way of system construction and the strategy point which deals with corruption in the practice of the implementation of the basic demands about the anti-corruption and the building of a clean government .In that case ,not only does the government find new breakthroughts,but also the level of anti-corruption and the building of a clean government is raised.Good achievements have been accomplished.This text has given advice ,as well as practices of Yangcheng City in order to promote the effective construction of a clean government ,thus ,offering some ways and thinkings.They are as followings: Firstly, research has been concluded in the concept of modern management, definition of corruption,characteristics and qualities of corruption .Secondly,using the way of real example,it analyses the innovative measures including the analysis of situation and root of corruption as well as the methods against corruption adhering to the modern management idea.Thirdly, faced with the problem of how to promote the deeping of this work ,so as to build a long term clean government without corruption mechanism,the government has done some researches. Meanwhile , put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the application of modern management concepts and effective prevention of corruption to provide some useful ideas and methods.
