| Internet, viewed at one angle and another, has an all-round effect on our politics, economy, culture and way of living since it was brought into being. Its growth has far-reaching influence on China politics, such as broadening the scope of public participation in political activities and increasing the openness of government works and so on. To some extent, it is believed that a new baby China cyberpolitics was brought to life, for internet is playing an increasing crucial role in information spreading and public opinion shaping and it also has won the recognition from high-ranking governors on internet effectiveness and cooperation between netizens. However, as the cyberpolitics advances in China, it brings with it a variety of problems deserving study and research.Internet has provided a new and effective tool for the development of China democracy and presented new demands on traditional democratic politics theories as well. In order to stimulate a healthy and rapid cyberpolitics development, from political perspectives, more efforts should be put into probing into the momentum of China internet development, advancing constantly communication technology concerning information of e-government affairs, establishing and perfecting go-with laws and regulations, supervising wider on internetwork, and broadening avenues of communication with the masses by applying various effective measures. Only by implementing all those mentioned above can China's socialist political civilization develops even faster in the internet era.Based on researches done by scholars at home, this essay is striving to be creative and make a breakthrough in methodology. From the perspective of politics, it comprehensively analyzes and explores problems emerging in the process of China's internet development and figures out their solutions. This essay follows the train of thoughts of problem identification-problem presentation-problem solution; more specifically, how does internet growth influence the development of Chinese democratic politics, what kind of problems does China's cyberpolitics have in its developing process, and how to promote the development of Chinese democratic politics by efficiently and effective employing internet, etc. This essay falls into five chapters which analyze and study China's internet development from the outside to the inside, from the easy to the difficult. Chapter one mainly analyzes the research background, its significance, train of thoughts, research methods and literature review as well as relevant theoretical principles. Chapter two elaborates formation of cyberpolitics and its fundamental features. The rest chapters are the key chapters. They analyze the positive influence that internet development brings on China's cyberpolitics development, and they also probe into the problems and their causes, and eventually put forward several ideas on perfecting internet building and promoting democracy development. |
