Since 2006, the procuratorial organs at all levels to take the socialist concept of the rule of law education of public prosecutors raised the curtain of the education of Public Prosecutor. The 5 years practice has proved that, the training is not noly very important for enhancing the business qualities and professional ethics of public prosecutor, but also have a positive impact on strengthen their faith of the law.also has its problems.
