Reflection On Innovation In Security Administration Of Entertainment Venue

Since 30 years of reforming and opening up to the world,the system of organization is being constituted and consummated which is controlled by the government.But,with the development of democratic and the legal system, the contradictions among the people are highlighting, a marked rise in crime rate,which strongly influenced the primary social management system.As a team that maintaining social stability,only by continuous practice of the institutional innovation, system innovation and measure innovation should innovate the social management, abided by the economic and social development, can it improve corporation management ability and level.In 2009, Politics and Law Working Conference take the social management innovation as one of the'three important workings'.In July 2010,social management innovation demo of public security organs is convoked in Guangdong Province that initiate a new movement to promote social management innovation of public security organs.Now it is time for the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline,while it is 10 years seems China has been in WTO, optimize the economic model, improve the proportion of industry in the national economy to 47%,it is important for people to live a good life. With economic development, our people will live a better life, and daily life become more and more leisure,while entertainment services industry also followed a high speed period of development .Entertainment venus has been a focus problem of the society for a long time,on the one hand,it is the tertiary industry and aimed at meeting the growing material and cultural needs of the people,on the other hand,it is easy to be used by criminals for illegal activities.How to strive to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages by innovating management mode to make management mode of entertainment venue adapt to the the new situation.The article elaborated the history and development of security administration of entainment venue four times from the initial post-liberation period to now of Guangzhou,while examining the mistakes, analyzing the main problems and causing factors of the current operation actuality. Based on the practice of my job,I think we should aim at"less case,good order, Scientific management,people's satisfiction".In the meantime,'less case,good order'is the healthy basement of entainment venue,'Scientific management'is guarantor,'people's satisfiction'is main points.We should take comprehensive treatment to make'less case,good order';second, through'five collect',we could cracked down on illegal activities involving eroticism,gambles.,drugs,third, we should take strong measures against unhealthy tendencies.To make work adapt to the demands of the new situation,the police should change their mind,so that we could achieve'less case,good order',and the work of security administration to become'Scientific management'.People will be satisfy by the healthy development of entertainment venue,on one side it can meet the increasing needs of the masses of the people and remove the public awareness of the negative effects.
