Good Will By The Tort Study

Good will pick-up not only provides convenience for the hitchers,but also strengthens friendly relations for both sides,and benefits society as a whole.However,in the good will pick-up question,definite regulations have not been fixed yet currently, and it leads to an unclear responsibility and right,and unclear basis justifies to judge.This paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions to the confirmation of responsibility,liability fixation and undertakes responsibility of good will pick-up tort.This dissertation consists of three main parts:the first section sums up the concept,characteristics and nature of good will pick-up;the second part mainly introduces the confirmation of responsibility of good will pick-up tort,and the theoretical point of view and judicial practice of undertake responsibility of good will pick-up tort;the third part mainly makes some suggestions as to the construction of civil liability system of good will pick-up tort, and the perfection of the compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance system.
