This research report aims to conduct a comprehensive study, "Eleventh Five-Year" period, Lanzhou City's basic conditions of employment of persons with disabilities to find employment for the disabled Lanzhou City crux of the difficulty to explore solutions with disabilities employment difficulties of people in this major social problem, try "1025" period more people with disabilities to achieve employment goals, and improve the local people with employment legislation, law enforcement measures to provide basis for decision making and reference. The first part describes Lanzhou City's basic conditions of employment of persons with disabilities, the disabled employment protection system development; second part of the Lanzhou City selected the actual situation of employment of disabled persons investigation and Mainly reflecting the employment of disabled people (unemployment, job) there are practical difficulties in the process, employment legislation, policy implementation problems, and employment impact on the lives of people with disabilities and other issues, and practical factors in the above-mentioned problems, a brief theoretical Analysis and Discussion. The third part of the Lanzhou City Based on the employment of disabled persons investigation, objective analysis of the employment of people with disabilities face many barriers to employment for the disabled is difficult to reflect the reason. The fourth part of the solution around Lanzhou City problem of employment for the disabled, legislative and enforcement factors, urged the perfect place to increase the employment of the disabled people with employment legislation and other measures to protect law enforcement and research to explore, to learn strategies makers can refer to.
