The concept of'the teacher's right of discipline'was not explicitly proposed in our country's educational law, the teacher's law and other laws relate to education. However in educational reality, the teacher's right of discipline has always being actually used, and also continuously is playing the role. Because the law is fuzzy as well as the people's understanding to this right is not comprehensive, adds the influence of Chinese traditional educational view, the teacher's right of discipline is misused, which is extremely disadvantageous to secondary vocational school student's moral words and deeds.On the basis of research findings relate to the teacher's right of discipline, this paper has mainly discussed this right's standard function on secondary vocational school students'moral words and deeds. We adopt documentation, interview and survey methods to study the status and problems when we implement in secondary vocational school. Then accord to the results to give some targeted recommendations.We came to conclusion that, the teacher's right of discipline is an indispensable part of the teacher's education right. This is teacher's responsibility to criticize and educate the secondary vocational school students who did wrong behaviors. But there are many problems when teachers implement this right. So the correlated laws and implementation regulations are urgently needed.
