In recent years,the detention of death for prisoners of disclosure by the fact that the media attention, this serious challenge the public imagination and the credibility of the judiciary, and cause the author in this case review system produces serious attention. On this basis, the article put forward the last chapter in order to reduce the prisoners' death, must suggest a set of censorship, including strengthening the relative independent investigation under the procuratorial power system, challenge system, hearing system and compensation system, and through the establishment of the system of review to strengthen the legal supervision, realize the prisoners' rights protection.
