The plan of Liaoning province coastal economic belts is a national strategy and a major move related to Liaoning economic development, political stability, social harmony. The role of the Party members'advanced nature in the development of coastal economic belts in Liaoning is a key point to achieve the planning objectives of an effective development path. Closely around the Party Members in Liaoning coastal economic belts to play a role in the development of the Party members' advanced nature to analyze current situation and problems, the use of innovative ideas on ways to realize the role of Party members'advanced nature to study, establish a firm belief in the proposed theory, practice, improvability, quality and other measures to adapt to the market trend.
