Research On Yang Lisan's Military Logistic Thought

Yang Lisan was one of the main founders of PLA military logistics. From 1927 to 1954, Mr. Yang had been engaged in leading military logistic supply and construction works all the time. In the long period of his logistic practice, he gradually formed his unique military logistic thought. In the cognition issues of logistics, he thought that military logistics was a science, which took an extremely important position and function in military field and whose task was to accomplish army material support. In the application issues of logistics, he thought that logistic support should actively develop logistic production, expand munitions industry, and rely on people in order to meet the demands of the military supplies, industry and transportation. Simultaneously, logistic construction should focus on the development of logistic organization, logistic institution and logistic qualified personnel. The valuable experience for material supply in wartime and logistic construction in peacetime was accumulated, and the history process for military logistic regularization and modernization of the people's army was driven by Yang Lisan's military logistic thought, which given a certain reference for our today's logistic works.
