Due to the influence of traditional ideas and culture, coupled with the deepening of reform and opening up in recent years, and the new changes in the social structure caused by continuously push forward, diversity of stakeholders, diversification of the interest demand, complication of interest relation, making all kinds of interest contradiction, interest conflict more prominent, the Court Complaint Letters and Visits society is increasingly becoming the focus of attention.
