As the phenomenon of a long history, the issue of Sexual Harassment is gradually concerned by domestic academia, and on December 1st, 2005, the new "Law of Protection for Women's Rights." included the provision of Sexual Hharassment include has been implemented. However, it's not very easy to obtain evidence and define the phenomenon, the research of Sexual Harassment has been very difficult and can only use a case for reference and the law discussion for the main content, so the large-scale investigation for the existence of Sexual Harassment situation, form, influencing factors and other issues of is very rare.To solve these problems, this paper analyzes the survey data from 1,832 employees in 10 companies of Beijing, Jiangsu, Hebei province, based on the in-depth study of the definition of Sexual Harassment, describes its existing form, the occurrence ratio and the influence for individual and unit, tries to reveal some of the impact mechanism at workplace and deepen the academic understanding of the issues of Sexual Harassment.This paper uses 16 kinds of unpleasant experiences in the workplace to measure Sexual Harassmen, as long as the respondents reported there had been any one of their own experience, is considered to have suffered Sexual Harassment. Study found that gender, age, education and position of the individual have a greater influence in Sexual Harassment, men report that they have been sexual harassment than females 1.57 times, the people with lower age, education, income, position were more likely to be Sexual Harassment. Forms of Sexual Harassment also break through the traditional view, not only in the harassment of women by men, there are also men by women or the harassment between the same-sex, which requires us to seriously consider the nature of Sexual Harassment further - it is not simple sexual assault, and more reflected that unequal power leads to interpersonal oppression. This article also finds that most companies still have a long way to improve the prevention and treatment for sexual harassment, and makes some policy recommendations.
