A Research On Land Right Dispute Mediation In Hebei Province

Land is the attachment and source of human survival and development. In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the land becomes more valuable, thus causing more disputes and conflicts about the land ownership. But because China's land counterpoising system is insufficient, the system of mediation is not perfect, and some issues of land ownership still remain to be solved, so it caused hidden trouble to the society. Effective management and proper handle of the land ownership will have positive effects on the ensurance of land owner's legal rights, the promotion of the development and use of land, stability of the society and the building of a harmonious society. Therefore, in the current framework of laws, thorough researches to the cases of disputes will lay the foundation of the building and improvement of the mediation system, and it can also improve the quality of dealing e ibilitywith the problem of the land ownership, maintain the stability of society and promote sustainable development of the society.This paper starts with the study of the basic theory of mediation and disputes of land ownership. It expounds the concept ,classifiction and characteristics of land ownership. Besides, it also expounds the situation of overseas land ownership and the present management situation of our country as well as its causes, mediation principles,etc. Through the research on the present situation of hebei land ownership to strengthen the construction of land ownership mediation agency, analyzing and summarizing the experience and practice of the land ownership of the whole province, this paper put forward some measures on how to manage the land well, how to improve the mediation system and laws and how to build an information sharing platform; Based on practice, we should perfect and standardize mediation procedure and documents format; To explore new situation of land ownership, we must take new measures, new system and new approaches.
