Discussion On Prevalent Legislation Of The Special Regulations By System Analysis Model Of The Choice And Economic Analysis Of The Law

In the analysises of the 40 special regulations of the Yanbian Korea Autonomous State and the Xiangxi Autonomous State, based on the theory of the System analysis model and the Economic analysis of the law, the paper try to answer the following questions:First, based on the economic foundation, law and politics has some common property and can be counterproductive for the economy, whether we can analyze special regulations of the two autonomous states, by system analysis model of the choice and economic analysis of the law, for.example,omparing characteristics of the similarities and differences of the special regulations; Secondly, in the constitutional" system, how to scientifically reduce the cost difference between the all legislators, and to work out high-quality "legal product" is a difficult problem, within the specified.time; Thirdly, which national characteristics must be protected with specific regulations instead of the other normative documents of the state government; In the end, how do we build the feedback mechanisms of the special regulations, and improve technology and reduce the cost of conflict.
