Overseas Chinese Investment In Public Decision-making Support System Build

Overseas Chinese investment is a major part of foreign investment to our country, and in broad seaside areas, the amount and the proportion of overseas Chinese investment is getting much bigger. So the government should take the responsibilities to guide and govern overseas Chinese capitals and overseas Chinese investment actions,in order to make overseas Chinese investment keep developing to a good direction in the changing market environment.In this thesis, the relevant government regulations overseas investment decision-making behavior as a starting point, the introduction of an advanced decision support tools: Decision Support System (DSS), and use the decision-making tool in the field of overseas Chinese investment decision support, in order to signify the DSS's scientific and comprehensive, making public decision-making in overseas investment more scientific, democratic and effective. Specifically, this paper based on the reality of Fujian Overseas Chinese investment data, after analyzing the investment environment for overseas Chinese, to sum up the characteristics of overseas investment, as the basis for the database for overseas investment. In reference to the unique characteristics of overseas investment, combing with the structural features of decision support tools, based on the relevant database, forming the systems for department-level overseas Chinese investment decision-making and higher-level decision support system decision support system and more higher provincial-level overseas Chinese investment decision support system. Finally, use examples to demonstrate the operation of investment decision support system, showing the specific operation of the system, also makes the idea system more practical.
