Life Education Perspective Minor Inmate Sexual Education And Reform

Juvenile wisdom, the country is wisdom; juvenile strong, the country is strong. Juvenile are the hope of our country, and they shoulder heavy responsibilities of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. The community is giving more and more concern for the juvenile, and they are considered by national policies and public opinions in the aspects of age and psychological characteristics etc. To a certain extent, it is truly "concern of next generation". However, compare to normal juvenile, we pay much less attention to the juvenile offenders.Life-education is the premise of all education, and also the highest pursuit. Based on the principle of "education as main purpose, punishment as supplement", the author emphasizes the care for juvenile offenders themselves from the angle of life-education, in order to raise the viability and improve the value of life of juvenile offenders. We should think of the current situation of education reform from juvenile offenders'perspective, so that improving the quality of life education.Nowadays, the education for juvenile offenders has already reflected the humanity in the aspects of policies and social system in our country. But we still call for higher level, more in-depth and more complete humanity. Educating juvenile offenders with humanity will make them realize the love of the whole society. It is helpful for the growth of juvenile offenders physically and mentally, and helpful for them to rebuild the correct outlook of life values. Meanwhile, it may improve the ability of self-awareness and self-education, and it also benefits to their self-exercise and growth.The domestic researches to the juvenile offenders are mostly from law or criminology perspective, and few are related to life-education and humanity. In order to safeguard the personal rights of juvenile offenders, to strive for more opportunities of education and better quality of life, the author wrote this paper. This dissertation mainly studies the current situation of education and reformation of juvenile offenders. By the investigation and analysis to the W prison, author does found some existing problems. The education for juvenile offenders is lack of humanity. According to the survey, author puts forward a series of solutions, and from the perspective of life-education, author expects more humanity will be introduced into the education for juvenile offenders.This research is meant to be a reference to the staffs who work in the prison of juvenile. This research will help them to improve the quality of education more scientifically and effectively, and give the juvenile offenders more human care. Meanwhile, it will be helpful to push forward the research to the education for juvenile offenders.
