Along with the development of democratic politics in China, democracy gradually influence the whole social people all aspects of life. Except of the influence of political fields, it's more using the democracy which is the society of the management system in the unpolitical fields, it is conducive to develop the democracy in China, and also play an important role on constructing the democratic politics and harmonious social. However, with democracy is widely used in various fields, democracy has turned up many the abuse of phenomenons,as a result many problems has also been exposed. These problems is mainly happen in the scope of subject's of democracy excessive broadening, tyranny of the majority generation, the opinions of the minority be ignored, the boundaries of public field and the private field appear confusing and personal rights are infringed, etc. The reason of the democracy appear so many problems in many fields is mainly due to people have many misconceptions of understanding for democracy in recent years,so it's lead to many the abuse of phenomenons in democracy. Because of this, when people use the democracy in social management ,there are so many the abuse of phenomenons has appeare at the same time.Democracy is so seriously flooding in the final analysis for democracy is that people of all aspects of many wrong understanding. First, people excessive emphasis on individual demands of freedom and equality, causing people wrong to think no matter who should be involved in the various democratic activities ,Democracy is feasible only when everyone involved. It makes no corresponding qualification citizens are also involved in democracy, the deviation of the original route when it starts. Second, leading to public sector and private sector appear confusing, the cause is the excessive expansion of public power, and the lack of power balance mechanism. As people excessive advocate freedom and equality, Mutual independence needs a strength to integrate everyone's forces for the social management, so the public power play a role to integrate these rights. People use public power to private sphere, the private rights which would be into the public domain is managed, but no corresponding power to balance this kind of public power, the public power is abused. Finally, people often carrying out democratic activity excessive trust most definitely principle that democracy can be used to replace the meaning of majority , the will of all represent unanimous, and also most definitely principle are recognized as rightly or wrongly principle. It is these wrong views led to democracy in various areas of flooding in China, which infringe the individual rights and the others could not seek to protect.At present, our country have less researches for democracy which is a social management system. The author thinks that people can use laws to regulate on which participation in the subject and object of democratic. At the same time, we should refrain the public power from the private domain, establish balance and supervise mechanism about the power, guarantee individual rights far away from the infringement of public power. Finally, we still need use deliberative democracy for reference, in order to more reasonably solve the interest conflict between majority with minority.
