Research On Legislation For Small Traders

As a result of the development of china's economy, the number of small traders increased dramatically, they brought a great convenience for people's life and meet the needs of low-income groups, but they also brought a series of problems. As all we known, there are contradictions between city administrations and small traders, the most important point that the basic rights of the small traders can not get protection is that Sales Right of Civil subjects is not admitted in law, so that the existence of the small traders is illegal.Nowadays, in china, a harmonious society is to be constructed, the problems caused by small traders are needed to be deal with, so it is necessary that giving the small traders legal status as soon as possible. In this article, some basic conditions of small traders and the current problems are introduced, and the necessity that the small traders needed to be regulated by commercial law is emphasized. Small business system and Individual business system which are similar with the small traders are to be introduced, and then by getting references of them and by abandoning the shortcomings of the individual business system, finally, in this article, a way that making the small traders as nameless commercial subjects is to be proposed.
