Market economy, enterprises as the main economic activities of a country, in business activities with other social subjects to form a variety of interests, business success, the relationship between multi-stakeholder interests. In order to avoid bankruptcy and the creditor, trade unions damage to the loss of social and economic waste of resources, most countries have established in their legislation reforming the system, given the possibility of there to save the plight of enterprises to chance. China's new "Bankruptcy Law" re-established the system and re-used to choose candidates of any model system, that served as manager of human re-engineering practices, also provides for approval by the restructuring of the debtor can manage their own affairs. Since the bankruptcy of our current professional management talent is difficult to adapt to the relative lack of real demand, which has a larger restructuring of the debtor to manage their own application possibilities. Unfortunately, the current reorganization of the debtor bankruptcy law on the provisions of self-management system is relatively simple, resulting in the system for the predicament on the urgent need to explore the theoretical perfection of the legislation, but now for the reorganization of the debtor academic self-management system relatively little research. Therefore, the debtor in bankruptcy and reorganization of self-management system has a theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, self-management system, the debtor in bankruptcy and reorganization as the research object, the text is an introduction, body, conclusion of three parts. Introduction describes the main topics of the background, purpose and meaning. Body of three chapters:The first chapter is a debtor in bankruptcy and reorganization overview of self-management system. Self-described restructuring the debtor and its content management system to achieve the objective of restructuring the meaning of the value system to explain the bankruptcy law to establish the system of reasons. In addition, this chapter also briefly analyzed the self-management of the debtor company's special corporate governance structure; second chapter is about the restructuring of the debtor's application of self-management system, including self-management system for the application and court approval of the criteria to determine whether the application, as well as restructuring the debtor to the other programs to self-manage the conversion process; the third chapter on its own obligations and the restructuring of the debtor's rights to exercise their rights and obligations of their supervision; last part is the conclusion, the main is a summary of the proposed how to improve self-management of the debt in bankruptcy and reorganization regime.
