Study On Managmenet And Services Of The Retired Cadres

Since the building of veteran cadre retirement system, with the development of our economy and social, the population and need of retired cadres are larger and larger. The retired cadres become a significant factor for the social economy development. The study on management of the retired cadres, which has been ignored for many years, is taken into account as a field of public management. Based on the case of the Senior Cadre Bureau of Nanchang Municipal Party Committee, this thesis is focusing on the analysis of the retired cadres' management and service in Nanchang through the comprehensive methodologies of public management, organizational behavior and statistics. The purpose is to propose systematic, comprehensive and feasible ideas to the retired cadres' management by putting it into the background of the government reform and creativity and combining it with the actual problems of the retired cadres in Nanchang.The first part gives the problems, the purpose and the methodology of this study; the second part summarizes the concept, the administration system, the administrative institutions and the administration contents of the retired cadres; the third part introduces the present situation of the retired cadres' management in Nanchang; the fourth part analyzes the problems of the retired cadres' management in Nanchang; the fifth part shows the overseas government policy on the aged; the final part offers positive suggestions for improvements on the retired cadres' management in Nanchang.
