These problems as this are more outstanding. what is more, our country's labor market presents a oversupply situation, the weak labor capital situation are more serious, income distribution gap is also widening, capital to infringe the rights and interests of every worker is worse, so the new labor law is made out at the historic moment to construct harmonious labor relations and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers. The new labor law in the implementation of the theory and enterprise practice has significant influence; so many scholars have launched new labor law for a climax. Because of the new labor law implemented for two years, the empirical studies about the new labor law for enterprise influence is less, the empirical studies about the affect of new labor law to enterprise employment policies haven't occurs. Meanwhile, enterprise employment policies is one factor of affecting constructing the internal labor market, no current scholars have empirical research on the construction of internal labor market from a policy perspective, so this research topic is of the outlying and necessary.Study purposes of this paper are as follows:know the status of enterprise employment policies; Basing on this, I study the relationship between the impact factors of the new labor law for enterprise and enterprise employment policies. My research work mainly include the following content:know about the internal labor market theories and the progress of the new law through studying the existing literature; summary impact factors of the new labor law for enterprise; study the relationship between the impact factors of the new labor law for enterprise and enterprise employment policies; I have a questionnaire survey in jiaodong peninsula area, after obtaining firsthand materials through the questionnaire survey, The present situation of enterprise employment policies gets a result by descriptive statistical analysis, then by analyzing the collected data using statistical analysis software SPSS 16.0, we can have a validation of support for various research hypothesis. In order to encourage enterprise standard recruitment and strengthen employees established stable and long-term employment relationship, finally, according to the research results, I put forward the corresponding proposal to the government, enterprises, labor unions, employees. I also summary the principle of selection and adjustment of the enterprise employment policies and have a prospect for future research. The mainly conclusion of this paper through above research is that:The new labor law affects the enterprise employment policies and produces varying effects on all aspects of the enterprise employment policies; Enterprise employment costs really increase after the enforcement of the new labor law, but the increase rate is not very big, the presents "S" type curve feature between enterprise employment costs increase and enterprise employment policies oriented stable and long-term levels; Enterprise labor risk really increase after the enforcement of the new labor law, the presents a "U" type curve characteristics between enterprise labor risk increase and enterprise employment policies oriented stable and long-term levels; Labor flexibility is not received significantly influenced after the enforcement of the new labor law; Enterprises do not think labor flexibility reduced after the enforcement of the new labor law, so the relationship is not related between Labor flexibility and enterprise employment policies oriented stable and long-term levels; Enterprises have began regulating recruitment and had a attention to establish stable and long-term employment relationship after the enforcement of the new labor law, so enterprise employment ideas have changed.
