The separate due to the urban-rural dual structure in the long term, we need a sound social security system to close, which is not an overnight process that requires continuous exploration, trying to find a suitable situation is also suitable way out of this group.This paper selects the injury insurance of the social security of immigrant workers discussing. Through questionnaires and statistical data of Chongqing Government, we detailed analysis the problems from some parts of injury insurance, such as the coverage of injury insurance, the lack of mechanisms for prevention and rehabilitation, the support mechanisms of injury insurance and the rate mechanism. On this basis, by comparing the analysis of the exploration results of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen in injury insurance, combined with Chongqing's actual, injury insurance need to be improved in the following areas:The first is to enhance the coverage of injury insurance of immigrant workers. The government, enterprises, immigrant wokers all join this project, through strengthening the administrative functions of government, improving the social responsibility of enterprises, enhancing the quality of the immigrant workers, in order to achieve comprehensive coverage of injury insurance.Followed by the establishment of a mature injury insurance system, strengthen the link in injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. To solve the absence of the prevention and rehabilitation, first of all to improve the regulations and policies, and secondly to increase financial investment, thirdly to design the incentive mechanism, so that the injury prevention and rehabilitation play a role.Again completing the relief mechanism of injury insurance.
